How to Cook Forbidden Red Rice
- Add 1 1/2 cups of water to 1 cup (200g) of Forbidden Red Rice. Salt to taste.
- Bring to boil over high heat. Cover, reduce to simmer covered for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stand covered for 5 - 10 minutes and serve.
Note: Forbidden Red Rice is rice cooker friendly.
